For PMS & Cramps:

Emergen-C - You can get them anywhere.  They come in little
envelopes and you add them to water.  It makes a fizzy drink that gives
you a little boost of energy and clarity.  It's loaded with B vitamins which
helps with grumpy feelings.

Go For A Walk:  The fresh air and added circulation help your body
deal.  The headaches can sometimes come from vascular restriction
caused by the hormonal shifts.  Taking a walk will help.  Probably the
sunshine helps too.

Smell Some Lavender - Who knows why but the sent of lavender or
mint often helps alleviate symptoms.

Water, Water, Water - you already know why.  Now just remember to
drink it.

Iron Pills - If you feel like a limp dishrag or feel like bawling it's caused
by the drop in iron level in your body.  Everyone's body absorbs
different types of iron supplements a little differently.  When you find the
one that is right for you, you will feel dramatically 'all better' in about 30 -

antagonizes your already fluctuating hormone levels.

Donate Blood - As soon as you start to bloat.  Don't know why it
